Will I definitely see the Northern Lights?

No one can promise the aurora — it's weather, not a schedule. What we can promise is that we drive to wherever the sky is clearest, even if that means crossing into Finland or Sweden. If the forecast is hopeless, we'd rather cancel and refund you than take you out for nothing.

What happens if the tour is cancelled?

If we cancel for weather or safety, you get a full refund automatically — not a voucher. If you need to cancel, the free-cancellation window is shown on every tour before you pay.

Do you pick me up at my hotel?

Hotel pickup is available as an add-on in central Tromsø when you book. Otherwise we meet at a fixed point in the city centre, and the exact address and time are on your confirmation.

Can I bring children?

Yes. Most tours have a reduced child price. Age limits differ per tour, so check the tour page — and add a child seat when you book a transfer.

Warmer than you think. Wool or synthetic base layers, a proper mid layer, a windproof outer shell, plus hat, gloves and boots with grip. Each tour page lists exactly what to bring.

How do I pay, and when am I charged?

You pay online when you book, and your seat is held while you complete checkout. All prices are in Norwegian kroner and include VAT.
